Technical support sessions with your internal resources will be conducted via a tool that offers screen sharing capabilities (e.g. Google Meet, Teams, Zoom).
IMPORTANT: Please note that the technical support sessions can be recorded and delivered in compressed MP4 format for future reference. However, you must apply in advance. Please note, however, that recordings are not an integral part of the support package. They are optional.
* It is important to note that the addition of advanced features is not included with the support service, for example: online store, online learning system (LMS), discussion forums, etc. This type of request requires an estimate.
WordPress Training
At Nom de Code WP, our training sessions aim to demystify WordPress and indicate the features, tips and tricks and best practices to be implemented in order to maximize its use in a business context.
Our WordPress training is for businesses, organizations, associations, professionals and self-employed individuals who want to take 100% control of their website, so that they are no longer dependent on a third-party provider.
What content is offered in our WordPress training courses?
Depending on whether you are just starting out or are a more experienced user, the content offered during this training will be personalized and adapted to your needs.
These are some examples of training:
- How to create a web design using Divi or Elementor;
- How to set up an online store using Woocommerce;
- How to create your blog;
- How to optimize your website for search engines;
- How to manage your community and their comments;
- What are the best plugins to use;
- And much more.
The course outline is generally built on the following learning model:
- Lesson plan;
- Demonstration;
- Exercises.
One question often comes up. How much time will I have to spend learning WordPress and its ecosystem?
Despite some similarities at times, with experience, we have found that every website created using WordPress is unique. In fact, it is almost as if every training project is also a training project.
What we propose as a solution in order to be able to give you an estimate that will meet all your needs is:
- Make an initial phone consultation to discuss your needs and goals;
- Learn about your website creation project or the tasks you need to accomplish;
- Learn about the existing infrastructure (if applicable);
- Create the lesson plan to follow;
- Determine the length of the course according to the topics to be covered.
The training sessions are offered at regular intervals, in blocks of two (2) hours maximum, until we have covered the entire course plan previously established.
All of our WordPress training courses are offered online, using the Zoom.us screen sharing tool.
